This recipe is surprisingly easy. Not only is it vegan and gluten-free, but moist and delicious.

UPDATE: For best results bake for 45 minutes at 425.

Sourdough Starter Ingredients:
3/4 cup of gluten free flour such as brown rice flour, teff flour, sorghum flour, or amaranth flour
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons water kefir

Feed the starter more flour and water three times daily for three days.

Bread Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup water
1-1/2 cups gluten-free sourdough starter
2 tsps. Xantham gum
3 Tbsp. flax
2 Tbsp. oil plus more for greasing the pan
3/4 cup sorghum flour
3/4 cup certified gluten-free oat flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
