Beginning and Feeding a Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter
This starter is free of gluten, yeast, and dairy. It is a good base for gluten-free sourdough pancakes, breads and muffins. This starter uses Teff Flour but any gluten-free flour could be used. My starters use an unusual ingredient "Water Kefir" to boost the bacterial activity. See my videos on Water Kefir to learn about this potent and tasty ingredient.
