1/4 cup potato starch (not flour)
3 tablespoons whole psyllium husk
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar (or maple syrup)
1-1/2 cups water, filtered or spring (room temp)
1/4 cup olive oil + extra for topping, optional

Day 2

1 cup active (fed) sorghum sourdough starter
1 tablespoon fermented beet juice, optional**
1/2 tablespoon sea salt

Optional

Seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, sesame, hemp
