Simple No-Knead Gluten-Free Bread | Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free
INGREDIENTS (for small loaf app. 460 g)
• 2 cup | 250 g gluten free flour (I use MIX B from Schär)
• 2 1/2 tsp | 8 g fresh yeast
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup and 1/2 TBSP | 125 ml mineral water, room temperature
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup and 1/2 TBSP | 125 ml water, room temperature
• 1 tsp | 2 g caraway (flax) seeds
• 4 TBSP | 16 g sunflower seeds (the quantity may be changed according to your taste)
• 1 1/4 tsp | 12 ml oil
INSTRUCTIONS
• Put the flour into the bowl and make a hole in the middle.
• Crumble the yeast into the hole.
• Sprinkle the yeast with sugar then add the mineral water.
• Let it stay for about 10 min.
• Mix together.
• Add salt, water, caraway seeds, and oil.
• Mix until combined together.
• Cover the dough with a cloth and let it sour for 30 min.
• Mix the dough with floured hands and put in into a bread pan (13 cm in diameter). Oil the dough and cover it.
• Bake in preheated oven at 200°C | 392°F for about 30 min. Uncover the bread pan and bake for another 20 min.
** TBSP = tablespoon, tsp = teaspoon
