1st day - 3 flour (tbsp) +2 tbsp water (mix and cover with a loose lid or cotton cloth)
2nd day (after 24 hours) 3 tbsp flour+ 2 tbsp water
2nd day (12 hours) discard half + 3 tbsp atta +2 tbsp water ------- divided into 2 (discarded the discard)
3rd day (12 hours) morning discard 3tbsp +3tbsp flour +2 tbsp water -- night (12 hours) 3 tbsp discarded+3 tbsp atta+2 tbsp water
4th day (12 hours) discarded 3 tsp+3 tbsp atta+2 tbsp water....
follow the process until the 10th day
10 day: add 3 tbsp flour+ 2 tbsp water (discard)refrigerated by adding 3 tbsp+2 tbsp+3 tbsp-starter
