Gluten Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
. 4 Mashed Ripe Bananas/ 1.5 Cups
. 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds Mixed with 6 Tbsp Water / 2 Eggs
. 1/4 cup melted and cooled Butter
. 1 2/3 cups gluten free flour
. 1/2 cups coconut sugar
. 1 Tsp Baking Soda
. 1 Tsp salt
. 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
. 1 Tbsp VICTUALS ORGANICS PUMPKIN SPICE
. 2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350degrees
2. Line a “9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper
3. Incorporate wet ingredients in a bowl
4. Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl
5. Pour dry into wet ingredients and incorporate well. Do not over mix.
6. Pour batter into parchment lined pan. Top with chocolate chips
7. Bake for 40-60 mins on the middle rack or until golden brown. Turn off oven
8. Cool for 5 mins in oven
9. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing and serving .
