Banana Bread/ Banana Cake

Banana Bread is a healthy alternate to the regular breads we consume and to add another healthy element, I have used oats instead of regular flour and honey instead of sugar.
I have used Oats from the brand "Quaker oats", these are gluten free and high in energy. Honey strengthens the immune system and nourishes the body.

Ingredients:
Oats 1 1/2 (ground) + 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder 1-2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Banana 2 No.
Eggs 2 No.
Honey 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup

Directions
PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREE CELSIUS
1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients- oats flour, salt, cinnamon powder and baking powder.
2. In another bowl, mash bananas, add eggs, honey and oil and mix well.
3. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Add some oats to this mixture to impart some texture to the bread.
4. Add milk. Taste and check the batter, if you feel the batter is less sweet then either add 1/2 mashed banana or some honey.
5. Bake at 200 degree C for first 20 mins and then at 180 degree C for next 20-25 mins. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean then the bread / cake is ready.
