The Best Banana Bread - Gluten Free and Dairy Free. Super Healthy.

I think banana bread is the most eaten food in our house, along with peanut butter ,so I adapt it every week to a new flavour, and I also try to keep it as healthy and nutritious as possible, its also a great way to sneak in fibre, vitamins, protein without realising.
This is my favorite recipe, well nearly Grandma Brenda was actually the Queen of banana bread making
Ingredients:
12tbsp melted coconut oil or olive oil or vegetable oil.
6-8tbsp honey depending how ripe your bananas are.
2 eggs
2-3 ripe bananas
7 tbsp coconut milk/milk/soya etc. or can use yoghurt also!
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
A tiny pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon, or mixed spice.
250g whole wheat flour or plain flour or gluten free plain flour
5tbsp of oats (optional again if don't add make up with flour)
Flavor options:
handful of raisins/nuts or both
couple tbsp's of mixed seeds
2tbsp of peanut butter
dark chocolate
orange zest works well too
dried dates works well too
tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla/almond extract if want.
Can add them all in, or mix a few of them or none at all.
If want super chocolatey: replace 2tbsp of flour with cocoa powder.
Nutrition: if make 12 slices
