3 ripe bananas
1/4 container silken tofu
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup almond meal
3/4 cup gluten-free flour
1/4 cup flax seeds, ground
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 min if using a loaf pan and about 25-30 minutes for muffins.
