Hello all!
This here is my favorite gluten free bread! It contains no eggs, or milk, therefore if you look at the ingredients it is VEGAN! Friends who are vegan, you know how hard it is to be vegan and gluten free, while also being a bread lover!!

The ingredients in the classic white bread:
Ingredients

water, sourdough (rice flour, water), corn starch, potato starch, millet flour, palm oil, rice starch, rice syrup, soy protein, yeast, psyllium seed husks (vegetable fiber), guar gum, sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt, calcium citrate, tartaric acid, folic acid.

The only thing I was worried about was the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, which is an alternative to gelatin, as an additive to food. But I have researched it, and it is safe.

I buy this product in the North East at stores such as: Stop and Shop and Hannaford's
