Ingredients:

500g of Gluten Free Bread Flour

30g of sugar

8g of dried yeast

pinch of salt

400g of water

2 eggs white

15g of oil (can be sunflower or your preference)

15g of olive oil

7g vinegar (optional)



How to make it:

Mix flour, sugar and salt together with whisk, after add yeast and mix. Put on side for later.

To water add eggs white, oil, vinegar and whisk until foamy.

Add dried ingredients to water and mix until smooth consistence.

Add olive oil and mix it properly.

Take 2lb loaf tin form and put oil or butter around so the bread won’t stick and will be easy to remove.

Put the mixture inside the form.

Put it in warm place, and let it to grow for 20-25 min.

Pre heat oven to 170C (with fun assistance) or 190C (without fun assistance).

Put the bread in the oven and bake for 40 min.

When the time finish, take out the bread from the oven and form increase temperature 190C (with fun assistance) or 210C (without fun assistance) and put it by it self for another 5 min to get more crispy.

After take it out and let it to cool down in a rack.
