Homemade gluten free sourdough bread with amazing texture! A picture slideshow of 2 of the latest loaves of gluten free sourdough bread I made. The 2nd loaf I used the convenience of a bread machine to mix the dough, rise, and cook it with good results and a nice sour taste after 8 hour rising at about 80 degrees F. This is made with teff, sorghum*, buckwheat*, millet*, arrowroot, flax*, psyllium husk*, cane sugar*, celtic salt, and filtered water (*organic).
