3 tablespoons cane sugar
1 1/4 cup of lukewarm water
1/2 cup sourdough starter
1 1/3 cup of brown or white rice flour
2/3 cups sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 tablespoon Xanthan gum
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt

Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water in a mixing bowl.
(You may skip this step and add the sourdough starter to warm water)
Allow yeast mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy and bubbly.
Add sourdough starter and gently mix together.
Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix on low speed increasing to medium speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Grease a bread loaf pan with olive oil very thoroughly.
Transfer batter from the mixing bowl to the loaf pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Cover with a light tea towel and allow to sit in a warm spot in the kitchen and rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once dough has risen place loaf in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
Remove from oven and allow to rest in the loaf pan for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from loaf pan and allow to sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour before slicing into.
