--- Machine Mix ---
500g Glutafin Gluten Free Select Bread Mix
400ml hand hot water (1/3 just boiled, 2/3 cold = hand hot)
2 tsp sunflower oil
2 tsp dried yeast enclosed with mix

-- Sowans Packet Mix --
1 gluten free bread mix
1 egg
500ml whole milk (or buttermilk, yoghurt or dairy free alternative)

-- Doves Farm White Bread --
500g gluten free white bread flour
2 egg whites (or 30g chickpea flour and 60ml water)
6tbps oil
1tsp vinegar
2tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
400ml water
2tsp gf quick yeast
