Anna's Banana Bread - Dairy FREE! Gluten FREE!
Hi guys! In this video, I show you how to make my dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan optional, banana bread recipe!! It is a recipe I’ve adjusted over a few years and now I make it all the time as a healthy, sweet treat! I hope you love the recipe too! Please LIKE & SUBSCRIBE! xo

My Banana Bread Recipe!:
Ingredients:
11/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (3-4 small bananas)
2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup sugar (original recipe 1 cup)
11/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Almond Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (applesauce substitute)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 325
2. Bake bananas on tin foil in oven for approx. 15 min or until blackened and soft
3. Grease pan with coconut oil and dust with flour
4. In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
5. In a small bowl mix the egg, sugar, and coconut oil
6. Add the mixture into the large bowl and stir together until blended
7.Add the almond milk and vanilla into the large bowl
8. Remove bananas from oven, scoop into a bowl, and mash in the small bowl. Add to the large bowl and mix thoroughly!
9. Add some of the nuts (personal preference)
10. Pour batter into the pan and smooth top
11. Finish by sprinkling remaining nuts on top
12. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean from the center of the bread
13. Let cool before slicing for best result!
EAT & ENJOY!!
Extra Tasty Tips:
*Store in a air-tight container in the fridge for longest lasting!
*Bread becomes more moist the next day!
*Spread some butter on it! (I use Earth Balance soy-free)
