Slice turnips 1/4” thick. Blanch in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain.

Layer turnips in casserole dish with vegan cheese sauce. Optional spices such as nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and red pepper and dried onion flakes may be tossed in. Top with gluten free bread crumbs.

Bake 350 degrees 20-30 mins until heated through.
