Vegan and Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1 box @yesyoucanindonesia Bread Mix
3 Small Ripe Bananas
80gr Vegan Butter/Margarine (Melted)
170ml Water
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 cup Walnuts (Crushed)
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Steps:
1. Mash the ripe banana with a hand blender until smooth, set aside.
2. In a small bowl, make a flax egg by adding the flaxseed with 3 tbsp of water, set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add mash banana, melted butter, flax egg, water, and Yes You Can Banana Bread Mix.
4. Stir until the mixture mixed well.
5. Grease the baking tin with vegetable oil.
6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
7. Add the crushed walnuts on top of the dough.
8. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour with 180c until a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the centre comes out clean.
