Vegan and Gluten-Free Banana Bread

⁣Ingredients:⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
1 box @yesyoucanindonesia Bread Mix⁣⁣⁣
3 Small Ripe Bananas⁣⁣⁣
80gr Vegan Butter/Margarine (Melted) ⁣⁣⁣
170ml Water ⁣⁣⁣
1 tbsp Flaxseed ⁣⁣⁣
1 cup Walnuts (Crushed) ⁣⁣⁣
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Steps:⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
1. Mash the ripe banana with a hand blender until smooth, set aside.⁣⁣⁣
2. In a small bowl, make a flax egg by adding the flaxseed with 3 tbsp of water, set aside.⁣⁣⁣
3. In a large mixing bowl, add mash banana, melted butter, flax egg, water, and Yes You Can Banana Bread Mix.⁣⁣⁣
4. Stir until the mixture mixed well.⁣⁣⁣
5. Grease the baking tin with vegetable oil.⁣⁣⁣
6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.⁣⁣⁣
7. Add the crushed walnuts on top of the dough.⁣⁣⁣
8. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour with 180c until a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the centre comes out clean.
