*VEGAN BREAD FOR EVERYDAY* | gluten free + oil free + low fat // Here's how to do my vegan bread for everyday, which is vegan, gluten free, oil free and low in fat. I still cant believe how well a vegan bread can taste without oil or gluten. I had two goals: Crispy bread crust, and delicious, flavorful inside. I was looking since a long time for a healthy bread recipe that I could eat everyday and I am very excited to share it with you.

Ingredients:
500ml warm water
42g Fresh yeast *OR* 10g Natural yeast powder
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
500g Buckwheat flour
40g Flax seeds
40 g Shelled sunflower seeds
100g pumpkin seeds
20g sesame seeds
20g chia seeds
30g poppy seeds
1.5 Tablespoons Salt

Since the dough does not contain any oil, I added oil for dipping at the end. ;) Smarty pants, I know. What can I say, I like good quality oil.☺️
