How to grill duck breast - a Tasty Thursday video

DUCK BREAST (serves 2 per duck breast)
2 duck breasts
2 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1) Score the fat (make cuts in an X pattern all the way through the fat)
2) Mix soy sauce and spices together, then rub into both sides of the duck.
3) Preheat the grill on high. Grill duck, fat side down, on a hot grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the fat begins to melt.
4) Flip duck and grill 2-3 minutes, then flip again.
5) After about 15 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes, turn the heat down and cook for 10 minutes more, still turning. Watch the duck to make sure the fat doesn't drip and catch on fire!
