Warmer weather means firing up the grill all the time. Burgers are great - but don't forget your vegetarian and vegan friends! Try a portobello burger instead! (If you can resist cutting them up and eating them as appetizers, that is!) SUBSCRIBE! http://www.youtube.com/user/nicawaters

My channel is weekly food videos and occasional fitness videos. I'm all about inspiring you to the small things that make you feel like a badass - confident, capable, and striding through the world as if you belong in it.

RECIPE:
portobello mushroom caps, cleaned (either peeled or washed, and the gills scraped out)
Seasoning to taste inside - I use a clove of pressed garlic per mushroom, salt, pepper, and a little salad dressing.

Other options include soy sauce and ginger. Tarragon and cream. Balsamic vinegar. Do something you love!

Grill mushrooms seasoned side up, for 10-15 minutes on a hot grill. Remove carefully so as not to spill the glorious juices!
