Doves Farm Bread Flour attempt 2.

Sorry for the technical balls up that has meant that the part where we mix the ingredients is missing. This time we used a different yeast, got it going before adding to the mixture, and the bread rose more.

Personally, I wasn't that impressed, but other members of the family were. After filming, I tried some more, with butter and jam, and it just didn't do it for me. Defiantly better than the first attempt, but to me it felt under cooked.

It did go stale very quickly. The next day it was toast bread.
