Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3tablespoons butter
3tablespoon milk powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
about 1/2 cup additional flour & 1 egg
No mixer? Just mix it by hand but knead longer, about 150 turns
Preheat oven to 375° F & bake for 30 minutes
