Ragi milk is a nutritious combination of Ragi Flour, Milk and some healthy nuts. Ragi is cooked and then mixed with milk and other ingredients such as jaggery, cinnamon and peanut butter. This drink is highly nutritious yet easy to digest.
You can serve it on its own as a breakfast or you can sip in between the meals or just whenever the hunger strikes or as an evening drink (replace it with evening tea).
