Making Gluten Free Bread That "Doesn't Suck"
In my search for a recipe for Gluten Free bread that would taste and act just like real bread, I came across a recipe called "Finally …. Gluten-Free Bread That Doesn’t Suck!" You can find it here:

After so many attempts to buy or bake an acceptable gluten free bread, we were really wondering if such a thing even existed. This recipe produces real bread. It tastes like sour dough bread. It is truly amazing. I have also made the batter and then added more honey and cinnamon and baked in muffin tins to produce an amazing cinnamon bun muffin...a real treat compared to the cardboard bread our son had been enduring. A couple days ago, I spooned the batter into a breadstick baking tin and they baked up, looking like little loaves of bread. They were so cute and delicious. I find myself thinking about other things I can use the batter for...it is so flexible.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my video and decide to try the recipe for yourself. Let me know how it goes for you.
By the way, the video was originally an hour and a half. You should thank me that I managed to edit it down to 22 minutes. Ha ha ha.
Thanks for watching.
Again, thank you to Jill.
Special mention of Kevin MacLeod: Thank you for providing free music...so awesome:
