Making Gluten Free Naan at home couldn't be easier or more delicious!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch/Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Lukewarm Water
3/4 Cup Canned Coconut Mil

STEPS

Mix Water, Yeast, and Sugar and set aside for 5 mins or until foamy.

Combine Flour, Tapioca Starch, and Salt. Add Yeast Mixture and Coconut Milk. Stir to combine.

Allow to rest for an hour so the yeast can do its work.

Pour batter onto a heated nonstick pan, and cook until charred on both sides.

Serve with butter, curry, peanut butter, or whatever your heart desires! :)
