I fix lemonade made the BEST Reuben Sandwich today. It's right in time for March madness. It's easy to make, and it tastes like one you'd buy at a restaurant. The sauce is amazing. In this video, I show you how to make the best Reuben sandwich served on Russian Rye Bread. It's easy. Yummy!


Ingredients:
Corned Beef:

Put a 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of non-seasoned tenderizer in your boiling water with your corn beef.

Kraut
Rinse the sauerkraut thoroughly.
1.5 - 2 cups water
3/4 cap full of oil (I used olive oil)

1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon of creole seasoning

1/4 teaspoon or less of slap your mama (option)
1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning

dash of sea salt

For the Russian dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3.5 tbsp. Heaping ketchup
2 tbsp.horseradish
2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp.granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of sea salt


Bread
*spread a little mayo and butter to the outside of your bread before you grill it. Don't forget to try this with provolone cheese. It's great with Swiss cheese as well, but my favorite is provolone.
