These are the best muscle building bodyweight exercises to do at home with no equipment. And personally, even if I had equipment, I would still consider these exercises to be more effective. This is bc by training with your body weight, you engage more body parts with each exercise so more muscle groups can be worked on at 1 time. Also the more you use your body, the more you start to build your Mind to Body connection. When this happens, you can take your training to a whole new level bc you're connecting with the energy inside of your body and not just your muscles. 12 exercises: Push Ups, Pull Ups, Dips, Handstand Pushups, Squats, Lunges, Leg Raises, Run in Place, Kicks, Strikes, Jumps, Plank. 1 min each per set. 24 sets total. No need to count reps. Rest only when needed. Your goal is to perform them all nonstop. It is intense training.
