Taking emergency phone calls from the general public is a stressful job, and when The Dippy Detectorists set up their own private emergency hotline they had no idea what was to come.

A phone call from Sir David Attenborough himself, straight from the jungle, sent us on a crusade against a modern material currently polluting our planet at an alarming rate.

We didn’t let him down as this earth saving infomercial gives top tips on how we as humans can cut down on or better still eliminate plastic from our everyday lives... The Dippy Detectorist way. Miller nearly blinds himself for the cause and also gets a shout out on the tannoy system in a famous supermarket. Leggett gets the police called on him again and his Hawaiian shirt is back with good intentions.
