How to Make Better Dinner Rolls! A Gluten-Free Experiment Gone Right
Let's face it. The gluten-free dinner rolls I made a couple weeks ago were terrible. I was in denial at the time, judging them to be "fine." They were not fine. The only thing they were good for was as a weapon to fend off an attacker, or maybe you could crumble them up and use them to refill a child's sandbox.
But this time, I promise: my new rolls are actually edible! More than edible. You might actually even like them. (But don't get too excited - these are still gluten-free rolls.)
