HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE, ALMOND FLOUR KETO ROLLS & ROSEMARY BREAD WITH NEIL MOODIE: "FOODIE MOODIE"

I'm an international hairstylist and I'm not by any means qualified as a chef or a nutritionist, but wanted to share this recipe with you as I love it and I still make it regularly.
If you don’t like Almond flour or are allergic to nuts then substitute the amount of almond flour for a third as much of coconut flour and double the number of egg whites.
After being on the Keto diet for a while, which I'm no longer doing btw, I discovered a great recipe for making Keto rolls and bread which are gluten free and low in carbs. I love food, eating it , cooking it, talking about it ( and good bread is one of my all time faves), after all food is one of the keys of life.
This Keto bread is 100% gluten free and contains approx 2 net carbs per roll (a similar roll of regular bread can contain approx 20 grams of carbs). Therefore making it a decent choice for the Keto diet.
NB: All claims on this recipe are from the original which was derived by the wonderful Keto coach Maria Emmerich.
