VEGAN FLAUTAS:
- 20 CORN TORTILLAS
- 1 MEDIUM SIZE POTATO COOKED WITH OIL AND SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 CUPS OF MUSHROOMS COOKED WITH OIL AND SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE + 1/3 CUP OF CHOPPED ONIONS.

CREMA:
- 1 CUP CASHEWS
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1 LIME OR LEMON
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 TSP OF ONION POWDER
- OPTIONAL: BASIL, GARLIC, CILANTRO ETC.

TOPPINGS:
- 1 CUP OF ROMAINE LETTUCE
- 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED TOMATOES
- 1/3 CUP OF CHOPPED ONIONS
