Easy Gluten Free Bread in a Bread Machine
This is my adaptation of a King Arthur flour GF bread recipe.
Dry stuff (mix together)
3 C. GF flour (I use equal parts Almond meal/GF Mama)
1/4 C. Flax seed meal
2 Tbl. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 tsp. Xanthan gum
Wet stuff
1 C. Warm Milk (any kind is fine)
2 T. Oil (Lard/Coconut oil/ butter, which ever you prefer or have) if using a solid melt it.
3 large eggs
Other
2 tsp. yeast ( I use active dry)
Mix Dry together and set aside, add all Wet ingredients to the bottom of a bread machine pan. Add the already mixed Dry on top of Wet ingredients. Top with yeast in 4 corners of bread pan, and sprinkled across top.
Place in a bread machine on Basic loaf setting, light color, and 1.5 lb. loaf. Take out when done, cool before cutting and enjoy.
