Garlic Scapes What To Do With Them! June 20, 2020
What's in season right now? Garlic Scapes as of June 20, 2020.
Don't wait to get some of these beauties. The season is short. They are probably already cut and available and are sure to disappear fast from your local Farm Market. I have some ideas on the video, how to clean, and different ideas on what to do with them.
If at the Toledo Farmers Market, I got some from Small Wonders Farm who was kind enough to donate to this video.
Other vendors I saw last week on the 13th, were Garden Nursery, Good Dog Farmstead, Clay Hill Organics, Garden Nursery, and possible Thurmans Farm.
Don't miss out. It will be a long year until the season comes around again.
They hold for quite a long time in the refrigerator, so you might get as many as you can!
