Super savory stir-fry beef that makes a delicious rice topping! Happy home cooking!

BEEF & MARINADE:
1 kg. beef
2 garlic heads (12-15 cloves)
4 tbs. Chinese cooking wine
3/4 cornstarch
1 tb. baking soda
1 egg
black pepper to taste

1 L cooking oil for frying

SAUCE:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbs. mirin
1/4 cup sugar

GARNISH:
Green onion
Roasted sesame seeds
