Buffalo Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2 naan flatbreads
3oz Ranch dressing
4oz chicken, cooked and diced
2oz buffalo wing sauce
6oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat REC TEC to 475°F.
Spread the Ranch on top of the naan.
Top each pizza with 3oz of mozzarella cheese.
Mix the chicken and buffalo sauce, and add to the top of the pizza.
Cook for 6-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Pineapple and Canadian Bacon

INGREDIENTS:
2 naan flatbreads
3oz pizza sauce
3oz Canadian bacon
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
6oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat REC TEC to 475℉.
Spread the sauce on the top of the naan.
Top each pizza with mozzarella cheese, pineapple, and Canadian bacon.
Cook for 6-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
