Hello! Today we are going to make Biscuits with Almond Flour and Chocolate, Homemade Recipe.
Let's see the ingredients and how the recipe is done.
We will need the following:
- Unsalted Butter (95 grams or 3.35 oz).
- 1 Egg White (30 grams or 1.06 oz).
- All-purpose Flour (90 grams or 3.17 oz).
- Vanilla Extract (5 grams or 0.18 oz).
- Powdered Sugar (50 grams or 1.76 oz).
- Almond Flour (20 grams or 0.71 oz).
- Chocolate, (120 grams or 4.23 oz) for decoration.
- Cornstarch (10 grams or 0.35 oz).
- Pinch of salt.
In a large bowl place the butter and start to mix.
Mix until butter is creamy.
Then add the powdered sugar and combine them.
Keep mixing.
Now that it is creamy we can add the egg white and combine them.
Now we add the almond flour and we combine them.
Add the cornstarch.
Add the cornstarch.
Now add the vanilla extract.
And the salt.
And the salt.
Use a spatula and keep combining.
You have to obtain the texture of a paste.
Into a piping pastry bag, with a star-shaped piping tip, place the paste in order to form the biscuits.
Into a covered tray with parchment paper, we will start forming the biscuits.
With your wet hand smooth them out if necessary.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 160°Celsius (or 320°Fahrenheit) for 16-22 minutes, until they are golden brown on the edges.
Let them get to room temperature and then cover half of each biscuit in melted chocolate.
Place them on a grill with parchment paper under so the excess chocolate can drip.
