Paneer Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer/Indian Cottage Cheese - 3/4 cup
Bread slices -6(white bread or brown bread)
Oil - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
Tomato -1 small (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 grated
green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Green Capsicum small - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Amchur (Dry Mango powder) - 1/2 tsp
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Heat Oil in a pan.
2. Add Onion, Green chili,fry for 30sec ,Then add Tomato,Green Capsicum & saute for 1minute.
3. Then add Salt,Turmeric powder,Ginger garlic paste & carrot mix well.
4.When raw smell goes add Crumble the Malai Paneer /Cottage Cheese Mix well.
5.Then add Garam Masala powder, Amchur (Dry Mango powder) & mix well.
6. Finally add the chopped Coriander leaves & mix well. Paneer Filling is ready Keep aside.
7. Place the Paneer filling on the Bread & spread. Cover it with another bread slice.
8. Toast or Grill the Bread.
9. Cut it diagonally & serve it with Ketchup or Mint chutney.
