I made these St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs on my Weber Kettle Grill. Instead of using a traditional BBQ Sauce I applied Sabauce Marinade throughout the cooking process rotating from meat side to bone side about every hour. Because these Ribs appeared to have quite a bit of fat, I decided to cook these to fall off the bone tender. My cooking temperature was between 290 to 300ish. These BBQ Ribs were on the savory side which is a nice change of pace from the typical BBQ ribs.
I highly recommend the Sabauce Marinade. It is great on Chicken, Shrimp and Pork. I may try some on beef when I have the time.
