Ingredients:
1 Pound White Fish (Halibut)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Paprika
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Clean Halibut filet as needed checking for scales and bones.
Pat dry the fish.
Brush olive oil to all sides of the Halibut
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium high heat 350 to 375 degrees.
Place the fish on the grill grates and cook for about 3-6 minutes (dependant on thickness of the fish and heat on the grill).
Turn the fish over and cook for another 3 minutes. Check for the flakiness of the fish. If it pulls apart easily then the fish is ready to be removed from the grill. Otherwise cook the fish until it becomes flakey.
