*Sorry for the 20 second black spot in the kitchen, don't know what my GoPro was up to during this entire video and I no longer have access as the house has sold!*

Hi guys! Welcome back to those that have subscribed and been here before! To everyone who is new, my name is Nick and over the past year or so I have uploaded video blogs of two house renovations that I have undertaken (one bought by me to sell and one where I was hired to fix it up – both sold). I am an electrician by trade, but these were my first renovations and it is safe to say I have the home renovation bug! It has led to over 600 subscribers, lots of great tips from you guys at home and I even participated in a podcast on home renovations!

This video is how to renovate a house in 30 days for £15k. This included painting the entire house, renewing the kitchen, a partial re-wire and essentially turning a dated house, into a modern family home. The house is located in Peckham, South London and is a beautiful Victorian 3 bedroom property (with a very strange loft bonus room).

I completed this renovation in 30 days exactly. I had access to the property beforehand so I could order the kitchen, as this takes 4 weeks to arrive, but only had access in the month of December when the family living here had moved out. Everything went very smoothly so it shows if luck is on your side it can be done!

Below is every penny I spent, which came in a fraction over £15,000. The owners wanted to sell the house once complete and had a dozen viewings and two offers on the first day, of which one they accepted.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for all of my subscribers for helping me along this journey and I look forward to the next one!
