A property developer called on us to complete this massive project - A 3 bedroom Semi detached / End terrace in Erdington, Birmingham.

It was previously owned by an elderly gentleman who smoked quite heavily, which meant the house was extremely out dated and in a bad state. He had lived in 1 room using just an electric heater for warmth, as he had had central heating installed. Mould had set deep into the ceilings and walls, and stench from the cigarettes was overwhelming.

The requirements were simple - modernisation. However, after speaking to our interior designer he agreed to leave the main original features in place as they were a good focal point for the rooms and also added to the character.
The property needed brand new everything; electrics, central heating, flooring, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen, all of which we supplied and fitted making it a hassle free project, which was completed with in the 3 month deadline we were given. It was plastered throughout, with most of it taken back to the brickwork and finished to a high standard ready for rental.
