Mashed Potato Patties

- leftover mashed potatoes
- as many eggs as you need
- onion and garlic granules/powder
- some fresh or dried herbs if you like
- a bit of sea salt
- kale powder

- Fry in a little butter.

Grain Free Flat Bread

- 2 cups Tapioca Flour
- 2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- about a tsp. sea salt
- water (to form dry dough ball)
- Mix all into ball and flatten onto baking stone/greased cookie
sheet. Bake at 375 until lightly colored on the edges.
