INGREDIENTS
• Milk – 1 Cup
• Dry Yeast – 2.5 Tsp
• Sugar – ¼ Cup
• Yogurt – ½ Cup
• Gluten–Free Flour – 2.5 Cup
• Water Chestnut Flour – ½ Cup
• Coconut Flour – ½ Cup
• Gram Flour – 1 Cup
• Rice Flour – ½ Cup
• Salt – 1 Tsp
• Butter – ¼ Cup

RECIPE

1. Add 1 Cup of Milk, 2.5 Tsp of Dry Yeast, ¼ cup of Sugar, ½ Cup of Yogurt, 2.5 cup of Gluten – Free Flour, ½ cup of Water Chestnut Flour, ½ Cup of Coconut Flour, 1 Cup of Gram Flour, ½ cup of Rice Flour, 1 Tsp of Salt and ¼ Cup of Butter in the bread pan of KENT Atta Maker and Bread Maker.
2. Plugin the appliance and switch it ON
3. Select menu 7 for GLUTEN BREAD from the 19 pre-set program menu
4. Set the required weight by pressing the WEIGHT BUTTON
5. Press the colour setting and set it to MEDIUM as a type of crust
6. Finally, press the START button to start the operation
7. The appliance will automatically start kneading and baking
8. On the completion of the process, you will hear 10 beep sounds
9. After this, the next step is to open the lid, remove the bread pan by turning it anticlockwise
10. Tilt the bread pan and then shake it gently to extract the bread
11. Your homemade Gluten-free bread is ready
12. Cut it into slices and serve it.
