How to make Pickled Radish

Things You'll Need
1 TBSP Hot sauce or jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 crushed clove of garlic
4 slices of mashed ginger
4 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sea salt
2 teaspoons Pepper
2 Bay Leaves
4 bunches of radishes
1 Large Jar ( Cleaned spaghetti sauce jar )
2 small jars (1 pint jar )
3 lids
Instructions
1. Clean and prepare radish.
2. Sterilize Jars.
3. Slice Radish.
4.Carefully remove jars from hot water bath.
5. Fill Jars with radish.
6.Prepare pickling brine. Add the rest of the ingredients into pot, then bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
7.Cool Brine to luke warm.
8. Pour Brine into Jars, seal tight then refigerate for 24 hrs.
