WHY DO I MAKE ENDOMETRIOSIS DIET RECIPES?
I was diagnosed with endometriosis and ovarian cysts several years ago. I had surgery to "correct" the issues, but 3 months post-op, my cysts were back and bigger than ever and my endo was continuing to give me issues. Several doctors told me the only solution was to stay on birth control forever, or at least until I wanted to have children, and have surgery every few years to clean up the endo when the pain become unbearable.
