in july this year i got to teach a movement | breath & meditation session for the graduates of the LondonReal LifeAccelerator course.

my friend (and now mentor) Brian Rose asked me to create a unique experience for the graduates to enter this new phase of their life.

at this point i have been doing private yoga session with brian for about 6 months and the fact that he trusted me with his LifeAccelerator Graduates meant a lot to me personally but also to me as a teacher and practitioner.

this year i had the chance to study and learn from Ido Portal and his amazing team when i went to his annual movement camp in thailand. i also got to practice and learn from Tomislav English -
Ferus Animi // Terra Nova - a movement research collective based in europe.
both of these experiences have opened up my horizon even more and continue to influence and expand my own creation, practice and teachings.
