Novikov Italian Cooking Masterclass
Carmelo Carnevale, head chef at Novikov's Italian Restaurant, is to pass on his vast culinary knowledge and natural skills in a series of masterclasses.
Launching on Saturday 23rd March, this masterclass will focus on a variety of ways to cook lamb, the perennially popular meat that takes pride of place at Novikov's exciting weekly take on that traditional classic, the Sunday Roast.
Future classes will take place at the Italian Restaurant on the last Saturday of each month. Programme content will be announced shortly.
