Hi there! Trainer Marcelo here with UlastiX Resistance Tube Training. In this quick demo I will show you how to use the resistance tubes to target a specific muscle group.
UlastiX is a full body workout with resistance tubes (bands). My unique training takes advantage of resistance to work the entire body with a single set of resistance tubes. *Complete Training @ http://bit.ly/28WvhwC
Always make sure you have enough resistance to perform the exercises. If the tension of the resistance tubes is too loose (wiggling), you will not be working the muscle hard enough. The resistance tubes have a rubber band effect; when you stretch them, and then let go without controlling them, they will bounce back very fast. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. Control the resistance after the stretch.
