Secretlab Omega Stealth 2020 Series Gaming Chair || FULL Unboxing, Assembly, and Review
Here is my unboxing of the new Omega Stealth 2020 gaming chair! The chair currently retails for $359 with free shipping on Secretlab's website. This unboxing video is a little informal and more off-script than usual due to the size and nature of the product so please have mercy :) I hope that the video is helpful and, as always, if you guys have any questions at all, please leave a comment and I will get back to you ASAP!
Secretlab Omega 2020 Series Features:
- Prime 2.0 PU Leather
- Improved cold-cure foam mix
- Up to 5 year Warranty
- Up to 49-day refund/return policy*
- Full-Metal 4D Armrests (Length, Width, Height, & Angle Adjustments)
- Full-Length Backrest Recline
- Multi-Tilt Mechanism
- Certified Class 4 Hydraulics
- Aluminum Wheelbase
- XL PU Caster Wheels
- Memory Foam Head and Lumbar Pillows
After a couple months with the chair, I can say that I really do love the chair and find it quite comfortable. I think the foam is still sturdy and it does not feel any different compared to day 1. I will be updating this description if there are any significant updates so stay tuned but so far so good!
As far as the assembly goes, the only hiccup I encountered was the M8 screws that secured the backrest to the seat. When uninstalling these, the PU leather would catch onto the screw's washers (you'll see this in the video) and twist significantly. The cutout is also not clean. I can easily see someone warping, stretching, or even tearing the PU leather when working with these so be extra careful! The back of the backrest is hollow so anyone or anything that leans against it will cause it to cave in. The PU leather is thick and it doesn't appear to cave in deep enough to cause damage but it's still definitely worth noting. I also don't care for the lumber or neck support pillows (but that's a personal preference :)). I can't think of anything else. The chair is absolutely amazing!!
