How to make SIMPLE Raised Garden Beds with Composite Decking | Backyard Raised Vegetable Garden Beds
Learn How to make SIMPLE Raised Garden Beds with Composite Decking | Backyard Raised Vegetable Garden Beds. In an effort to be a bit more off-grid and self sustaining we decided this year was the time to put a garden on our property. My dad has gardened as long as I can remember and his trials led us right to installing raised garden beds as the best choice for longevity, ease of use, installation and yield. A few things led to us wanting a garden; the times are pretty crazy and we all remember what the grocery stores looked like a year ago, we purchased the property next to us so we have plenty of room for a big backyard raised garden bed and with the kids getting older we want to teach them responsibility.

The DIY raised bed garden has six garden beds made from two layers of Armadillo composite decking in walnut color. The beds are 12 feet long and 4 feet wide so there is lots of room for all sorts of produce to be grown! We lined the pathways between the garden beds with 6a natural stone to prevent weeds from overtaking the space.
Fence video will be in the next few weeks!
